The BlackTree Investment Groups blog post #42 is titled "It's About the Freedom"

Years ago, while working in finance, I dreamed of leaving that industry to become a real estate investor. I envisioned rewards and challenges. I pictured helping others and myself secure a better financial future. I imagined having more meaning in my life.

I also wanted more freedom

Now, as I embark on my latest syndication project, I’m reminded of those early years when I wholeheartedly embraced the journey. Each syndication brings a mix of excitement in the purchasing process, frustrations during renovations, and satisfaction when great tenants move in.

In the initial stages of my current syndication, I’m actively searching for available properties. With the ongoing housing shortage, finding hidden gems has been more challenging but not impossible, and we have our first two properties under contract.

Each house we purchase will contribute something valuable to the community – a home for families to begin a new chapter in their lives.

Most families prefer raising their children in a house rather than a multi-family unit. They desire the ability to host barbeques in the backyard, cultivate a garden, or put up Christmas lights in winter.

They also want more freedom

By offering them a home, my investors and I enhance communities, making a positive impact, one house at a time. Our tenants gain the freedom to live the lives they aspire to, while our investors secure greater financial independence for themselves.

Would you also like to be part of an impactful endeavor that provides homes for others while securing your financial future? Limited spots are still available for qualifying investors to join the Seven Bridges Capital Fund. Feel free to reach out to me if you’re interested.

Giving our tenants a home gives them more freedom, too. Freedom to grow a garden, put up Christmas lights, and throw backyard parties.
